John Willingham

Mr. Willingham started his career in 1976 and has owned a real estate firm and business intermediary practice in California for more than 40 years.

He holds the Graduate Realtors Institute (GRI designation), the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), the Certified Business Intermediary designation (CBI), and is a Fellow of the International Business Brokers Association.

Mr. Willingham has a wide range of experience in various real estate related fields during his career and has participated in the sale, purchase, lease or management of real estate and business assets of more than $600,000,000.
