Shunfu’s extensive experience includes serving as a senior executive and officer of a publicly traded company, where he played a pivotal role in corporate strategy and operations.  As the Founder and General Partner of Beavers Ventures, Shunfu leads a venture capital firm focused on empowering disruptive startups and guiding them toward success.  Further enriching their entrepreneurial portfolio, Shunfu founded K&A Trading Company, showcasing their versatility and commitment to innovation. With a dynamic background in both science and business, Shunfu brings a unique perspective to M&A advisory, helping clients unlock new opportunities and achieve sustainable growth.

With a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering (MSE) and an MBA from Babson College, Shunfu blends technical expertise with strategic business acumen to navigate complex challenges in the M&A landscape.
